I received a mysterious postage from my dad today and I was wondering who in this world would send a postage to me? It came in a big brown envelope, it was soft and crumpled. Upon opening the package, I was quite astonished by what I saw inside. Guess what was it?
A Shoemoney T-shirt! I actually won a t-shirt from Jeremy and he asked me to take a photo of me in the shirt and then send it to him. It was quite a thrill actually and now I really felt like I got into the community! By the way, I apologise for this photo because I have no one at home to take a photo for me at this moment. Now since I have gotten a gift from Jeremy from the other half of the globe, I guess I should talk alittle it, although he needs no advertising anymore.
So… Whats his rationale behind this? Marketing of coz! When I wear his shirt on the street, his URL will probably catch the eyes of other on goers and a percentage would visit his blog and some of them might stay as loyal readers. I was thinking of using this method as part of my marketing actions, but the cost would be too high for me to handle at this point of time. Next time, maybe?
The big question that I am going to ask everyone is… Don’t you want to become like Shoemoney? Well I admit I do! I wish and I will reach his status one day. Here’s why:
1) Having the ability to make 3 hot babes pose for you in your very own branded spaghetti straps. WOW WOW WOW!
2) His photo of fame. Ability to rip $132,994.97 off Google in just one Adsense check. This is such a jaw dropping amount especially when we are working so hard only to get a few hundred each month. Some may not even hit that number.
Well here’s my new year resolution. In time to come, other people will be blogging about me and telling the world how great I am too. =P

Shoemoney really knows how to market himself. And yeah, who does not want to achieve what he did? he is really an inspiration, but sadly not all are able to reach the same, even 1/10 is hard to many.

I know Shoes blog well but how in the world did you get a shirt?
The first time I ever went to his blog, I went to his photo section where people are wearing the shirts, and I saw one of my really good friends displaying the shirt. It freaked me out cause I had no idea how she got the shirt either. Turns out she is his phone rep here in Lincoln, NE…crazy small world
