It is the eve of the yearly Chinese New Year that we celebrate, how cool is it to celebrate new year twice a year huh? Well today marks the end of 2008 according to the Chinese Lunar calendar and this is the day where the whole family will reunite together for a big feast.
I will be having BBQ plus steam boat for my dinner, followed by night shopping at the Chinatown market. Then, it will be a game of Mahjong throughout the night, if you know what Mahjong is..

It is the Year of Ox this time round and I hope Pei Profit Dot Com can gather some strength and start beefing up! If you’re wondering why do we have an Ox year, then read on! We have 12 animals each representing a year and after 12 years, the cycle will start over again. I was born in the Year of Tiger (Yeah! Ferocious me…) and next year will be the second round of Tiger Year for me, now can you guess how old I am?
I will definitely have to take a short break today and stop money blogging for awhile. I will be back tomorrow with more and better content and hopefully some fun photos to top up this festive time!
Give me your new year blessings by leaving a comment below alright? Every single one of you! We chinese are superstitious and believe that we need a wholesome ending as well as a good start ahead of the new year. =)
Happy Lunar New Year To All!!!
