I think it is easy if you can come up with something no one else has before. Like I suggested to someone the other day that they should do a step by step ebook on how to use Wordpress as a CMS for web design. I have seen lots of articles on how you can do that, and tips and tricks, but no one goes in depth about all the programming hacks involved. Sheesh, maybe I should do it and write it.
