Hi Ben,
I already download it, but I cannot open the Pdf file. I got an error message:
“There was an error opening this document. The file is damaged and could not be repaired”
Did you know why? What can I do to get it.

Maybe you want to download it again because I tested it alot of times.. it shouldn’t have problem.

Hi Ben,
I had download it again, but I got the same error. I do use winrar to open it. And when I got the pdf I just tried to open it and I couldnt. I used Acrobat read/write 5.0 to open it. Is there a problem with that, maybe needs to be open it with a Read only software or a newer one.

Yeah I guess you need to dl a newer version of Adobe reader. Mine is Version 9.0

Hi Ben,
The problem was my Acrobat 5.0, seems to be too old even that is read/write, I downloaded the read 9.0 Acrobat and I can see it now. Thanks.

Ben,
I downloaded it but not able to read. The file is not pdf it’s .rar for me and tried to open it using Adobe Reader but got an error msg that the file is damaged.

Hi Peter,
.rar is a Zip program which I use to make the file size smaller for quicker download. You need a program called WinRar to unzip it and you will get the PDF file.
